The cas-tlc is needed on:

Land Cruiser 2001-2003 and Sienna 1998-2002 - it retains the factory steering wheel controls. If vehicle has no SWC, then its not needed.

Avalon 2000-2004 - it retains the NAV radio.

RX300 2001-2003 - Non-Nav radio.  When using this cable with the RX300 Non-Nav, the connection is made at the CD Changer in the glove box. The CD Changer would be disconnected and NO radio removal is necessary.

This Cable should only be ordered along with the PA12, PA15, PA20-TOY.  Do not use it for any other kits, it will NOT work.
