How It Works:

The PA20-TOY connects directly into an available port on the back of your radio. Because it directly connects, it is able to stream HD quality audio from your iPod into your radio similar to how a CD Changer works. By connecting directly to the radio, the PA20-TOY is able to provide the digital quality music from your iPod that you are looking for. Absolutely NO FM transmission ever again for you and your car.

The PA20-TOY offers control of the iPod from the radio and steering wheel buttons. You will be able to change tracks up and down, playlists up and down, etc from the same buttons you currently change CD tracks and discs with. At the same time, you will also have full control from the iPod itself to your entire music and video collection. No need to worry, your iPod screen and click wheel will NEVER be disabled. You can access 100% of your iPod. The PA20-TOY also comes with an additional aux input for connecting any device with a headphone jack like Sat Radio, Mp3 player, etc. It is easily accessed from a button on the radio.

How It Installs:

The PA20-TOY comes with three parts: 1) the vehicle cable, 2) the PA20-TOY control module and 3) the iPod cable. The PA20-TOY is 100% plug and play – NO cutting or splicing any wires! Simply remove the radio, plug in the vehicle cable, connect the module and then the iPod cable. Route the iPod cable to your desired location and you’re done. The iPod is accessed on the radio by pressing the CD or SAT button on the radio. It can be installed by the Do-It-Yourselfer type or you can take it to ANY local installer, dealership, Best Buy, etc. If your not comfortable doing it, have a professional handle it. • In-Dash CD Changer is not affected or disabled.
• If you have an External CD-Changer (usually found in trunk, glove box or center console) it must be disconnected.
• Rear Seat Entertainment/DVD is not affected or disabled. It will function as normal.
• Factory Satellite Radio is not affected or disabled. It will function as normal.
  • Avalon-2005-2008, Sequoia, Solara & Tundra 2007-2008 requires CAS-SAT cable to retain Sat Radio. MUST be purchased if SAT radio is subscribed to.
• Steering Wheel Controls are maintained and continue to work as normal.
  • Land Cruiser 2001-2003 & Sienna 1998-2002 requires CAS-TLC to retain factory steering wheel controls.
• Sienna Vehicles
• Vehicles with Rear Seat DVD in models up to 2005 (including) require CDL-EXT. It connects to the ECU box in the rear of the car. No radio removal is needed nor can it be installed behind the radio. Must be installed at ECU box in trunk.
• Tundra and Sequoia Vehicles
• Vehicles with Rear Seat DVD (ALL YEARS) will connect this kit to the ECU box underneath the center console. It will not connect behind the radio. No extra cables are needed.
• Izuzu Vehicles: Radio must have DISC button.

Technical Notes:

• ES, LS, LX Lexus radios 2001-2003 require CAS-LEX for the adapter to work. Must add this cable.
• IS300 2001-2005 require CAS-LEX cable as well.
• RX300 2001-2003:
  • Navigation radio requires CAS-LEX. Must add this cable.
  • Non-Nav radio requires CAS-TLC. Must add this cable.
    • Non-Nav radio - iPod adapter installs at CD Changer, not behind radio.
• Text is supported on:
